Installation instructions

Install CyberPlanet and follow the steps of the Setup Wizard..
Then install CyberClient on each client terminal.
The installation of CyberClient will open a wizard where you must set the PC server Windows name and the terminal number you choose in each case.

Limitations of CyberPlanet Lite

Duration: 30 days.
Printer control: Functional but don't save info on database.
Fixed Homepage: At login a default browser window is opens the CyberPlanet Lite web portal. CybePlanet Lite will stop working if there are no access registered to this portal.
Consoles Control: Only compatible with Cyberplanet Premium.
Parental Control: Only compatible with Cyberplanet Premium.

Cyberplanet management system comprises a ( "Cyberplanet") server module and a client ( "CyberClient") module.
To use, copy, transmit, distribute or install Cyberplanet (hereafter "CP"), you agree to all the terms of this Agreement.
Please read this License Agreement, if not agree with all its terms, do not use, transmit, distribute or install CP.

CYBERPLANET LITE: TERMS OF USE

The following conditions must be accepted to allow the use of this software:
- When the costumer starts a PC session a web browser is launched and a website property of TenaxSoft SRL is loaded. This website can contain non-invasive advertisement.
- The desktop usefull area can be reduced to contain a non invasive advertisement bar.

SCOPE OF LICENSE

This software is not free. The license does not grant property rights to the program, only you authorize use.

You can perform the following tasks without charge:

a) Give the exact evaluation version of CP anyone personally copies.
b) Distribute exact Lite version of CP electronic copies.
c) Make as many exact copies of this version of CP as desired for distribution purposes as described above in a) and b).

It is specifically forbidden to profit or ask for donations for any copies of CP or distribute such copies with other products
of any kind, without prior written permission of TenaxSoft SRL.

All rights of any kind not expressly stated in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved for and
TenaxSoft SRL. You may not rent, modify, translate, reverse engineer,
decompile or disassemble any component of CP, as well as create derivative products based on CP.

WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.

In any case TenaxSoft SRL or its dealers be liable for any damage,
including, (but not limited to), which may arise directly or indirectly from the loss of profits,
business interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss, time or image,
that may arise from the use or inability to use this program, even in the event that
TenaxSoft SRL or its distributors had been previously informed.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from a malfunction of the computer on which the software is installed,
incorrect or operating system malfunction, or failures resulting from the inadequacy of computer equipment
the minimum performance requirements of the software.

You acknowledge that you will stick to the roads TenaxSoft SRL will offer to provide technical support,
and TenaxSoft SRL can change at any time and without notice, ways to offer support.

TenaxSoft SRL MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN.
ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.
