User License Cyberplanet system.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

Cyberplanet management system comprises a ( "Cyberplanet") server module and a client ( "CyberClient") module.
When using, support or install Cyberplanet (hereafter "CP"), you agree to all the terms of this Agreement.
Please read this License Agreement, if not agree with all its terms, do not use or install CP.

SCOPE OF LICENSE

This software is not free. This license allows the installation and use of server module in a computer. Given the need to
change server you should contact TenaxSoft TenaxSoft SRL. Misuse of the Premium version
CP is protected by Argentine and international laws on copyright.

The license does not grant property rights to the program. Only it authorizes use indefinitely.

It is specifically prohibited to rent, loan or ask for donations for any copies of CP or distribute such copies with other products
of any kind, without prior written permission of TenaxSoft SRL.

Product transfer. You. You can permanently transfer all your rights under this Agreement provided you retain no copies,
transfer the complete product (including all its component parts, storage media, printed materials, upgrades,
this Agreement and, if applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity) and the recipient agrees to all the terms of this Agreement.

All rights of any kind not expressly stated in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved for and
TenaxSoft SRL. You may not rent, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile
or disassemble any component of CP, as well as create derivative products based on CP.

WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.

In any case TenaxSoft SRL or its dealers be liable for any damages, including,
(Not limited to), which may arise directly or indirectly from the loss of profits, interruptions
business, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss, time or image,
that may arise from the use or inability to use this program, even in the event that
TenaxSoft SRL or its distributors had been previously informed.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from a malfunction of the computer on which the software is installed, the
incorrect or operating system malfunction, or failures resulting from the inadequacy of computer equipment to
minimum requirements for running the software.

You acknowledge that you will stick to the roads TenaxSoft SRL will offer to provide technical support, and
TenaxSoft SRL can change at any time and without notice, ways to offer support.

TenaxSoft SRL MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ANY WARRANTY
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY
EXPRESS SET FORTH ABOVE.
