• Can I finance my purchase of the software?

  That's right, we have a financing system for the acquisition of new licenses, without the need of a credit card or special requirements. Financing is possible in up to 6 monthly installments depending on the license chosen.

• Can I change the computer where I have CyberPlanet activated for another one?

  That's right, you can change your PC up to 3 times per month. You only have to activate the license on the new PC, for that you must first unlock it from your client panel on our website.

• ¿what is the updates policy?

• What is the return policy?

  The return request must be made within 30 days after the purchase of the product from TenaxSoft SRL. The refund will be made in the currency in which the product was purchased. After the refund the license will be disabled and you will not be able to use the product.

• What are the payment methods available?

  That depends on the country. For more details, enter Purchase Wizard.

• How long does the purchase process take?

  Validation is automatic, so you receive the product instantly in your email. Only in the cases of cash payments, the delay can be extended up to 48 hours.

• How do I get the product once purchased?

  You will have the product without delays, since the shipment is electronic. We will send you an activation key that you must apply to your CyberPlanet Lite installation.

  After activation you will have access to your Premium Customer Portal, from which you can download the CyberPlanet Premium installer as many times as you need. You can store the installers on CD / DVD / USB Flash drive / etc if you wish.
